The following is an explanation of benefits for each membership level:
FREE STAYS: Platinum Members, upon completion of 10 hotel stays, are entitled to a free stay upon their next visit. Stay is limited to 3 days but has no restrictions as to it's use as long as rooms are available. Stays must be booked through Management for verification.
FREE SUITE UPGRADE: Member will be upgraded to a Parlor Suite at no additional charge, at Deluxe Room Rate, as long as that room type is available at the time of booking.
SPACE-A UPGRADE: Member will be upgraded to a Parlor Suite, at Deluxe Room Rates, at the time of check in as long as that room type is available at the time of check in. If a Parlor Suite is not available at the time of check in, the upgrade will be to a Deluxe Room, at Standard Room Rate, as long as that room type is available.
EXPRESS CHECK IN: Member will not be required to go through the normal check in process. Merely show proper identification and keys will be issued for your room.
REFRIDGERATOR STOCKING: Member will receive the following items pre-stocked in his refrigerator prior to arrival: 4 Bottles of Water, 4 Assorted Juices, 4 Assorted Candy Bars or Trail Mix, 2 Pieces of Fresh Fruit
NO CANCELLATION PENALTY: Member may cancel inside the normal cancelation window without penalty.
NO ADVANCE DEPOSIT: Member will not be required to post the normal advance credit card deposit. FREE LATE CHECK OUT: Member will receive Late Check Out up to 4:00 p.m. at no additional charge. Sold Out dates may have restrictions on late check out availability.
RATE DISCOUNTS: Member will receive outlined rate discounts without restrictions.
