WHAT ARE YOU CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIMES?
Although we do not guarantee rooms before 3:00 p.m., you are welcome to check in anytime you like. We will provide keys as soon as the room becomes available. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. or you get a late check out by 1:00 p.m. for an additional $20.00 fee - based upon availability.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Yes, we do allow pets as long as they are well behaved and leashed while on property, outside the room. Our pet rooms are located on the 1st floor as they have Mexican tile, just in case of an accident. There is a refundable $50.00 deposit due upon check in.
SHOULD I RENT A CAR?
Regardless of where you stay in Las Vegas, we always recommend renting a car. Most underestimate how much walking is involved in Las Vegas and regret not having one when they get here, especially if you stay for an extended period of time. Should you choose not to rent a car, taxis are readily available from the resort (about a three minute ride to the strip). Additionally, Las Vegas has a Monorail System on the strip that has 6 different stops from North to South. Finally, the bus system on the strip is very inexpensive, prompt and convenient.
ARE CABS EASY TO GET FROM BLUE MOON?
Yes, with a 10 minute heads-up, we can have a cab waiting to take you anywhere you like.
HOW MUCH SHOULD I BUDGET FOR CABS?
It costs approximately $6.00-$8.00 to the strip depending on destination and $20.00 to the airport.
WHERE IS BLUE MOON LOCATED?
We are located just 3 blocks South of Las Vegas Blvd, near Sahara Blvd. The closest major hotel is the Wynn resort and the Fashion Show Mall. The Strip is about 3 minutes by taxi or $6.00-$8.00. We are about 10 minutes by car from the airport.
For taxi drivers, tell them that we are at the corner of I-15 and Sahara Ave, between the Artisan Hotel and the Treasures Gentleman's Club, off of Highland Drive.
WHAT IS YOU CANCELLATION POLICY?
Deposits for cancelled reservations are fully refundable up to 48 hours in advance of your arrival should you need to cancel. Cancellation for Holiday Dates is 7 Days prior to arrival for full refund.
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR ADDITIONAL GUESTS IN A ROOM?
Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Should a third or fourth person share the room, please add $35.00 to the nightly rate for each person over double occupancy.
ARE THERE PLACES TO EAT WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE?
Yes, there are 3 small restaurants within walking distance. We also have a variety of order in menus.
DO YOU HAVE A BAR?
Although we don't currently have a bar, we have been approved for a liquor license and expect to offer liquor service soon.
DO YOU OFFER DAY PASSES?
Yes, we do offer day passes. They are $25.00. We provide towels poolside and have lockers should you need one, based on availability. They are valid from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm and allow access to the entire facility with the exception of the guest rooms.
IS BLUE MOON DISCREET?
You may have full confidence that should you stay or visit Blue Moon Resort, that your identity will be protected. We do not sell or rent our database.
